Memang saya baru pindah sekolah (tak lah baru sangat, dah masuk 2 tahun dah). Jarak sangat dekat dengan rumah tapi stress berada di sini mengalahkan ketika saya berulang ke Serdang yag jaraknya 26 km dari rumah. Bukan saya saja yang merasainya, tapi boleh dikatakan keseluruhan warga berasa tertekan. Kami stress sampai membawa kepada tahap kesihatan menurun, dan sakit tengkuk (may be tekanan darah naik). Bila badan terlalu penat, jiwa tertekan maka kami selalu sakit. Sikit-sikit kena demam atau selsema. Mengapa jadi begini? Ini disebabkan oleh segolongan orang tertentu yg membuat pelbagai perkara tanpa ilmu dan ia memberi kesan kepada golongan insan seperti kami. Caranya adalah dengan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bersujud lama agar darah beroksigen turun ke kepala. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sambil itu bacalah zikirnya dengan perlahan-lahan. Sekali baca, tarik nafas dan turun nafas, baru baca lagi. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Telapak kaki ditegakkan dan dicondongkan tumit ke belakang sampai tapak kai rasa tegang. (Ia akan memberi kesan kepada bahagian perut- bagus untuk melawaskan pembuangan)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Selepas solat dan berdoa, bacalah surah Al Fatihah dengan 7 kali berhenti iaitu setiap habis satu ayat, tarik nafas dan hembus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saya tak tahu kaitannya dengan perubatan tapi saya rasa mungkin macam tai chi yang menggunakan kaedah terik nafas dan hembus serta menegangkan beberapa otot tertentu memberi kesan kepada aliran darah beroksigen ke seluruh sistem peredarah darah kita. Sebelum pergi berkhemah:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i- Mendapat kebenaran daripada pihak berkenaan seperti tuan tanah, pihak sekolah, dan sebagainya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ii- Sekurang-kurangnya seorang pemimpin atau orang dewasa turut serta dalam sesuatu perkhemahan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;iii- Memaklumkan kepada pesuruhjaya daerah mengenai perkhemahan dengan cara mengisi borang permohonan kebenaran berkhemah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;iv- Menghantar surat makluman kepadapihak polis mengenai perkhemahan tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;v- Memastikan kawasan perkhemahan tersebut selamat daripada binatang buas, jenayah, keadaan fizikal muka bumi, dan sebagainya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;vi- Memastikan segala alatan perkhemahan mengcukupi seperti pisau, parang, cangkul, bekalan makanan, dan lain-lain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;vii- Memastikan setiap peserta perkhemahan mematuhi peraturan perkhemahan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt; Khemah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khemah adalah alat perlindungan yang diperbuat daripada kain, kanvas atau lain-lain bahan yang boleh digerakkan. Dalam lain perkataan khemah merupakan satu perkara utama dalam aktiviti berkhemah. Tanpa khemah anda tidak boleh berkhemah. Di bawah ini adalah beberapa jenis khemah yang biasa digunakan untuk berkhemah.&lt;br /&gt;2.1 Khemah ‘A’ tanpa helaian terbang (single walled tent)&lt;br /&gt;2.2 Khemah ‘A’ berhelaian (Double walled tent)&lt;br /&gt;2.3 Khemah pengembara (Explorer tent)&lt;br /&gt;2.4 Khemah tiang Satu&lt;br /&gt;2.5 Khemah berangka&lt;br /&gt;2.6 Khemah Igloo, dan&lt;br /&gt;2.7 Berbagai jenis khemah yang lain mengikut kehendak dan kemampuan anda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;erkara-Perkara Yang Perlu Di Ambil Perhatian Sebelum Berkhemah.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;a. Perlindungan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khemah yang anda miliki perlu memberi perlindungan cuaca seperti hujan, panas, angin dan sebagainya. Disamping itu ianya perlu diberi perlindungan dari serangga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;b. Keselesaan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khemah anda perlu selesa, kerana tempat yang paling utama dalam aktiviti pengembaraan ialah tempat tidur yang selesa. Anda juga perlu mempunyai ruang untuk menyimpan barang-barang anda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;c. Kalis Air&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khemah anda mestilah dari yang jenis kalis air. Terdapat beberapa jenis khemah yang tidak kalis air apabila hujan lebat. Anda perlu pastikan bahawa khemah yang dikatakan kalis air itu benar-benar kalis air. Kalau tidak anda akan menanggung risiko berbasah apabila hujan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;d. Tahan Lasak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Memandangkan perlunya khemah itu ringan, pembuat khemah mengambil kesempatan membuatnya dengan bahan ringan tetapi tidak tahan lasak. Ini perkara penting yang perlu anda ambil ingatan. Khemah perlu ringan disamping itu mesti tahan lasak dalam mana ianya tidak mudah koyak apabila digunakan untuk satu jangka masa yang sesuai dan manasabah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;e. Bag galas&lt;br /&gt;c. Dapur (gas atau minyak – bahan tambahan serta alat gantinya)&lt;br /&gt;d. Pelita (jenis minyak atau gas bersama alat gantinya)&lt;br /&gt;e. Messtin, pinggan, sudu , garpu dan lain-lain.&lt;br /&gt;f. Botol air, kole dan bekas minuman.&lt;br /&gt;g. Pisau dan pembuka tin&lt;br /&gt;h. Lampu picit serta beteri dan lat gantinya.&lt;br /&gt;i. Mancis dan lilin atau bahan penyala api.&lt;br /&gt;j. Kotak pertolongan cemas.&lt;br /&gt;k. Kotak ikhtiar hidup.&lt;br /&gt;l. (macam saya).. Pertama kali masuk kelas renang pada bulan April 2010, thanks to Pn. Latifah dan anaknya Intan yang sudi mengajar kami kaum ibu Bandar Seri Putra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mula-mula nak start masuk kolam, punyalah panjang doa saya baca, sebab tak pernah masuk air lebih dalam dari pinggang. Takuuuttt!!!... lepas dia ajar etknik&lt;em&gt; bubbling, kicking dan pulling&lt;/em&gt; rasa confident sikit. Sekarang dah boleh berenang &lt;em&gt;breast-stroke &lt;/em&gt;dan &lt;em&gt;back-stroke&lt;/em&gt; tapi masih perlu latihan &lt;em&gt;freestyle. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masalah utama saya ialah takut air dalam, bila air dah sampai dagu, dah tak berani. Satu lagi masalah ialah &lt;em&gt;floating&lt;/em&gt; atau &lt;em&gt;treading water. &lt;/em&gt;So saya linkkan video ni utk rujukan saya dan kawan-kawan yang penakut macam saya.. Takdelah patah sangat, tapi jadual masa aku berubahlah sikit.. Sebenarnya kalau nak diikutkan, rumah aku lagi kemas berbanding masa ada pembantu rumah..Serious!!...(Kalau datang masa aku tengah sakit tu lain lah cerita..). Yang penting hati SENANG!!...Apa taknya pembantu rumah aku ni tak pandai sangat mengemas, kalau disuruh kemas (dah tunjuk dah, baaaaanyyaaaaaakkkk kali) tak mahu ikut jugak..Kalau mengemas buku cerita yang anak-anakku baca sebagai contoh, dilonggoknya saja atas meja. Bila aku kata susun di tingkat atas dalam almari, dia longok atas meja study anakku ataupun dilonggok dalam almari. Akhirnya aku juga yang mengemas semula..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yang dia suka ialah duduk kat laur rumah dan mengerjakan 'tanah' yang sekangkang kera tu..Habis semua jenis pokok ulam ditanamnya dan rumput dicabutnya (hatta rumput yang memang aku beli &amp;amp; tanam). 'Rajin betul bibik kau ya..' kata seorang jiran. Ya, memang rajin.. luaran je lah... Masak? Sorry... satu benda pun tak reti...Tapi takpe sebab bab memasak ni aku lebih suka keluargaku makan dari air tangan aku sendiri.. Barulah terjalin ikatan kekeluargaan.. Sekurang-kurangnya kalau aku belum sampai rumah, aku boleh call dan bagitahu apa yang nak di&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;defrost&lt;/span&gt; supaya senang bila aku nak masak nanti..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi, apapun yang buat aku tahan dgn dia ni ialah... dia sayang anak-anakku. Aku faham yang anak-anakku boleh dikira 'boleh tahan' dalam bab menguji kesabaran.. tapi dia sangat penyabar..Terima kasih aku ucapkan. Dan satu lagi, dia ni tak banyak mulut, kalau ditegur, diam saja.. atau paling-paling pun dia minta maaf.. Nak marah pun tak jadi dibuatnya..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ada orang berbangga dengan mengatakan "Akak ni tak pernah ada bibik seumur hidup.. boleh je manage rumah".. Tak semua orang yang ada pembantu rumah tu tak boleh manage rumah atau pemalas.. Tak bolehlah buat generalisasi macam tu.. Kenapa dan bila aku mula ada pembantu rumah? Semuanya bermula pada tahun 2005 di mana masa tu aku mempunyai 3 orang anak. 3 orang? Sikit tu.. Aku terpaksa mengambil pembantu rumah apabila pada tahun itu aku dan suami dipanggil untuk menjadi 'tetamu Allah' bagi menunaikan rukun Islam yang kelima. Cadangan awalnya aku nak tumpangkan anak-anakku bersama ibu bapa ku di kampung, tapi terpaksa mengubah rancangan apabila mereka juga djemput untuk bersama-sama menjadi tetamu Allah pada tahun yang sama. Memandangkan tiada orang yang sanggup utk menjaga ketiga-tiga anakku, maka kami mula mengambil khidmat pembantu rumah. Anak-anakku dijaga olehnya bersama adikku yang sanggup untuk berulang dari Bangi ke tempat kerjanya di K.L semata-mata untuk memastikan keselamatan anak-anakku di bawah jagaan pembantu rumah. Sejak itu bermulalah kehidupanku dengan pembantu rumah berterusan bila bilangan anak bertambah dan kos nursery untuk anak-anak (pada masa tu 4 oang) mencecah RM800 sebulan..Tak termasuk OT bila ada sekolah ganti hari Sabtu.. Fuh!! satu modal yang besar..Kalau ambil pembantu baru RM450 pada masa tu.. Bukan nak mengeluh, cuma nak jadi realistik..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalau nak diikutkan aku dah pernah ada 4 orang pembantu rumah&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;1) &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Jumiyem &lt;/span&gt;- asal Sumatera (bertahan 2 bulan saja, aku berhentikan bila dia malas buat kerja, asyik tengok TV je..Bila aku tegur, dia marah aku balik...Aik? Lawan tokey nampak?)&lt;br /&gt;2) &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Wijayanti &lt;/span&gt;- Berasal dari Jogjakarta (kalau tak silap). Bekerja selama 2 tahun. dengan dia ni lah aku tinggalkan anak-anak semasa ketiadaan aku..Permit tidak disambung bila rahsianya terbongkar (malas nak cerita.. panjang sangat)&lt;br /&gt;3) &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Soimah &lt;/span&gt;- Berasal dari Sumatera.. Dia ni sakit darah tinggi.. Entah macam mana boleh lepas ke Malaysia..Sekejap saja (1 bulan lebih). Aku hantar balik sebelum dia kena stroke atau mati kat sini.&lt;br /&gt;4)&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; Etin Sutianah&lt;/span&gt; - berasal dari Banjarpatruman (dekat dgn Bandung). Tahan 3 tahun.. Dia balik dan tak datang lagi sebab suaminya tak izinkan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok.. cukuplah cerita pasal bibik ni.. So? Macamana life aku sekarang? Macam mana nak handle? Jawabnya buat jaduallah..(ikut ke tidak belakang cerita.. ). Nasib baik suami tersayang sangat-sangat membantu.. So, ini jadual kami.. Kami buat bersama..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pagi:&lt;br /&gt;4.30 - Sedia breakfast &amp;amp; Basuh baju&lt;br /&gt;5.30 - Mandi sedia utk solat&lt;br /&gt;5.45 - Kakak(Fatin) bangun, mandi, sedia utk solat&lt;br /&gt;6.00 - Iqbal dan Ikhwan bangun, mandi, sedia utk solat, Abang tolong sidai kain&lt;br /&gt;6.40 - Aku Bertolak ke sekolah&lt;br /&gt;7.00 - Hantar Hana &amp;amp; Iman ke rumah baby sitter,Ikhwan &amp;amp; Iqbal pergi sekolah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.00 - Balik, defrost lauk utk masak, Kemas rumah, sapu... Angkat kain&lt;br /&gt;4.00 - Masak makan malam&lt;br /&gt;5.00 - Ambil Hana &amp;amp; Iman, Suap makan, kakak balik sekolah&lt;br /&gt;6.30 - Iqbal balik, Rendam baju sekolah&lt;br /&gt;6.45 - Makan malam, Solat Maghrib&lt;br /&gt;8.00 - Lipat baju &amp;amp; Gosok baju (sambil tengok berita)&lt;br /&gt;9.30 - Buat kerja sekolah/ tengok homework anak, Abang tolong sental baju sekolah, Aku sedia barang-barang untuk persekolahan besoknya (buku, baju dll)&lt;br /&gt;10.30 - Tidur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setakat ni kami sama-sama ikut jadual ni dan berjaya...Aku bersyukur mendapat suami yang tidak goyang kaki. Ini keluarga kami, kami bersama dalam semua hal InsyaAllah.. Sama-sama mencari nafkah dan sama-sama buat kerja rumah...Kena ada kesepakatan dan jangan jadi &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;perfectionist&lt;/span&gt;.. berbincang dalam semua perkara.. Ini kali pertama saya menaiki bas sejak berkahwin pada tahun 1998 huhu... Bawak anak seramai 5 orang tu, bayangkanlah betapa kecohnya.. Anak-anak book tempat duduk belakang.. jadi kalau nak duduk macam mana sekalipun tak ada orang yang kisah.. Perjalanan balik yang pada awalnya nak singgah di Air panas Pedas, tak jadi tanpa tahu kenapa.. kami sampai di BSP pada jam 6.30 petang.. Alhamdulillah.. Hmm.. Masa bulan 4.. Nak jalan ke mana? K.L ramai orang x sesuai untuk budak-budak.. Di mana tempat yang tenang ya?&lt;br /&gt;Tiba-tiba teringat lah tempat ni.. Bukit Fraser..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dulu pernah datang sini, masa belajar di UKM. Pernah buat field work tentang tumbuhan di pergunungan di bwh Jabatan Botani. Ada kisah lucu juga masa tu..Pensyarah nk bwk kelas kami (pelajar Fak. Sains Hayat &amp;amp; pelajar Fak. Pendidikan yg major Bio mcm aku) buat field work di sini. Cadangnya pergi hari Sabtu pagi-pagi buta. Disebabkan kami yg Fak. Pendidikan ada kelas pd hari tersebut, maka kami pergi lambat (tengah hari). pensyarah Bio kata kalau kamu nak pergi lambat, kamu urus sendiri.. dia nak pergi pagi sama dengan Fakulti Sains Hayat menaiki sebuah bas panjang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aku dgn beberapa kawan pergi berurusan dengan pihak bas UKM, maka kami pun pergi dengan menaiki bas mini (sebab kami hanya 17 orang saja). sampai di sana kaki bukit, kami nampak pelajar F. Sains hayat berkumpul di bawah dan menjalankan kajian. Eh, kenapa tak naik? Bas panjang sangat, tak boleh naik ke atas sebab jalan sempit.. Dipendekkan cerita, kami (F. Pendidikan) yg dapat naik ke atas untuk menjalankan kajian yang betul, sedangkan F. Sains Hayat kena balik semula ke Bangi.. Bengang betul mereka pada waktu tu.. Nak buat macam mana? Semua barang keperluan dapur telah tersedia memandangkan ini adalah apartment untuk student universiti ini. Barang makanan mestilah bawa dari Malaysia. Selepas seminggu, barang makanan habis, kami terpaksa beli di Carrfoure. Bezanya, semua barangan tulis bahasa perancis. Ayam, daging tiada yang halal. So, lauk hari2 udang, telur, sardin. Mengambil kesempatan suami yang membuat penyelidikan di sebuah Institut Pengajian Tinggi di Grenoble, France, dapatlah kami memijak bumi Perancis yang tak pernah termasuk dalam senarai tempat percutian kami sebelum ini. Namun ini bukanlah percutian percuma. Hanya tambang suami dan bilik apartment suami sahaja yang ditaja oleh UKM, segala perbelanjaan kami dibiaya oleh tabungan kami sendiri yang jumlah kosnya membuatkan kami serik untuk ke Eropah dengan membawa 4 orang anak pada MUSIM SEJUK! Satu jumlah yang cukup besar. Tapi, di manakah Grenoble tu? Dengan kedudukannya di kaki Banjaran Alps, tiada kapal terbang yang boleh sampai ke sana.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Perjalanan kami sekeluarga bermula dengan menaiki kapal terbang MAS dari KLIA ke Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Paris. Kami sampai pada pukul 12 tengahari waktu Perancis dan akan meneruskan penerbangan ke Lyon pada pukul 3 petang. Nak jadi cerita, disebabkan oleh musim sejuk pada masa itu, bila kami lalu di tempat pemeriksaan untuk naik ke kapal terbang, pegawai pemeriksa telah menyuruh kami semua membuka winter jacket yang dipakai untuk dimasukkan melalui tempat &lt;em&gt;scan&lt;/em&gt;. Selepas selesai pemeriksaan kami kena pakai balik semua winter jacket tersebut. Oleh kerana kami ramai, maka jenuhlah saya dan suami memakaikan &lt;em&gt;winter jacket&lt;/em&gt; untuk anak-anak. Lepas seorang, seorang kami pakaikan. Kalut ribut yang amat kami dibuatnya kerana anak-anak berlari-lari ke sana kemari kerana &lt;em&gt;excited&lt;/em&gt; nak naik kapal terbang lagi. Kemudian kami semua berlari-lari anak untuk mengejar ke pintu gate (dah macam cerita Home Alone). Akhirnya bila sampai di pintu gate untuk naik kapal terbang, minah salleh yang bertugas di sana kata "&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oh, sorry sir. Kapal terbang tak gerak lagi, takkan tak boleh naikkan kami? Peramugari tu memang tiada &lt;em&gt;compromy&lt;/em&gt;! Pada saat itu dah tak boleh nak cakap apa, &lt;strong&gt;SAH&lt;/strong&gt;!! Kami kena tinggal kapal terbang. Dah terbayang dalam kepala, lagi berapa ribu RM nak melayang kalau nak beli &lt;em&gt;ticket&lt;/em&gt; lain untuk kami berenam. Itupun kalau ada &lt;em&gt;seat&lt;/em&gt; untuk kami semua 6 orang. Kamipun pergi ke kaunter Air France. Rayu punya rayu akhirnya dapatlah kami naik kapal terbang ke Lyon pada pukul 7 petang. Masalah bahasa menjadi isu utama.. Penjaga ticket tak tahu langsung berbahasa Inggeris. Dia cakap Perancis, kita cakap Inggeris, macam ayam dengan itik. Akhirnya dapat juga kami beli ticket dan bergerak ke Grenoble. Setibanya kami di Grenoble kami di sambut oleh sahabat suami, Prof. Dr. Allan Dufresne. Beliau telah membawa kami ke apartment yang disewa.
